The Atos Origin NGIN Mobile Office suite consists of several advanced services oriented towards fixed-mobile-IP convergence that provide your Enterprise subscribers with the advanced services they are looking for.
With the MO suite, the Enterprise can increase the availability of their subscribers and provide user-friendly information to callers.
Ring Back When Free
The Ring Back When Free service is applied when subscribers are unavailable. The RBWF allows a caller to request to be called back when an unavailable called party becomes available again. When the called party becomes available, the RBWF sets up a call leg to each party and connects them.

Incoming Call Display
The Incoming Call Display service retrieves the name and number of the caller from the Enterprise's directory and displays it on the desk phone.
Up
Call Barring
The Call Barring service enables an Enterprise administrator to set call restrictions on a per-subscriber basis. The calls can be restricted at different levels: all calls, all calls to outside the VPN, all calls to mobile numbers, all calls to PSTN numbers, all international calls, all calls to premium rate numbers, and calls for specific times/days. A subscriber who tries to call a barred destination is redirected to an announcement.
Up
Mobile Assistant
The Mobile Assistant service enables managers to share calls with an assistant. A subscriber can configure lists of numbers that are handled with different rules:
- All calls are allowed to be directly connected to their line.
- Only White List numbers are directed to their line. All other numbers are directed to the secretary.
- All calls except black-listed numbers are directed to their line. Black-listed numbers are forwarded to the secretary.
- The secretary has visibility of the manager’s phone status and can break into the manager’s calls.
- The initiation of a parallel call to the manager and the secretary.

Absence Reason
The Absent Reason service enables a subscriber to configure an announcement informing callers of why he/she are not available and when he/she will be available again.
Up
Do Not Disturb
Do Not Disturb enables subscribers to configure who can call them. A subscriber can configure a list of white and black numbers. White-listed numbers are allowed to call the subscriber, while black-listed numbers are redirected to a prerecorded announcement and then the voicemail. White and black lists can contain mobile or fixed numbers or number ranges, including VPN extensions.
Up
Hunt Group
The Hunting Group service enables an Enterprise to publish one or more virtual numbers associated with a Hunt Group. Incoming calls to virtual numbers are distributed among a number of agents depending on a selected hunt algorithm such as round robin, longest free or randomly.
Up
Call Queuing
The Call Queuing service is a feature that adds queuing algorithms to the Hunting Group, such as "first come, first served" and priority callers.
Up
Switchboard Operator
The Switchboard Operator service provides a Web-based switchboard for managing the Hunting Group and Call Queuing services. The web interface manages the call control locally on the PC, and thereby enables the operator to provide real-time routing of calls, such as call transfers to available agents. Therefore, the operator can be located at any PC anywhere, either inside the Enterprise or outside.
